Started by a mother daughter team, Almirah makes clothes, bedding and accessories for children from 0-12yrs. Almirah aims to be culturally connected. They believe in contemporary design with an Indian edge. They find inspiration in the fabric of India. Proud of the handmade charm of their products, their specialty lies in embroideries, soft printed and organic cottons. They lay a lot of emphasis on sustainability in fashion, up-cycling natural fabrics and, promoting handicrafts and skilled workers. Over the past five years, their products have grown to reflect all these values and have collaborated with over 200 artisans across India to bring designs that are contemporary, nostalgic, environment conscious, fun and quirky.
