Online Purchases:

Regular-priced merchandise purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 15 days. Merchandise must be unworn and have tags attached. Buyer pays for return shipping. In-store Purchases:

Return Location:

If you need to return an item (Buyer pays for return shipping), include the original packing slip or receipt and mail it with tracking to the address below, or return it in person to our stores in Oakland or Seattle.

Shipping:

Ground Shipping: 

Bella Vita offers FREE ground shipping on orders over $75 to any destination in the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, shipping is $8. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery. Orders ship from the Bay Area in California.

3-4 Day Standard Shipping: We offer expedited 3-4-day shipping for $15. Please note, order processing time still applies.

*All orders will be processed 1-2 business days after purchase. We do not ship to PO Boxes and currently do not ship to Guam or the US Virgin Islands. If an item with a delayed ship date is included, the entire order will ship together. Bella Vita is not responsible for delays caused by weather.
