Shipping Information

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely.

Shipping:

Ground Shipping:

Bella Vita offers FREE ground shipping on orders over $75 to any destination in the contiguous United States. For orders under $75, shipping is $8. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery. Orders ship from the Bay Area in California.

3-4 Day Standard Shipping: We offer expedited 3-4-day shipping for $15. Please note, order processing time still applies.

*All orders will be processed 1-2 business days after purchase. We do not ship to PO Boxes and currently do not ship to Guam or the US Virgin Islands. If an item with a delayed ship date is included, the entire order will ship together. Bella Vita is not responsible for delays caused by weather.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Please review our return policies below based on where you made your purchase.

Online Purchases

Regular-priced merchandise purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn and have tags attached. Buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Purchases

Regular-priced merchandise purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached.

Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Complete all sections of the form
Include the completed form in your return package
Ship to the address provided in your order confirmation or contact us at hello@bellavitahome.com for the return address
Use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Return Location:

If you need to return an item (Buyer pays for return shipping), include the original packing slip or receipt and mail it with tracking to the address below, or return it in person at the store.
