What is your return policy?

 We want you to absolutely love every purchase! For online orders, regular-priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 15 days if unworn, with tags attached. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and sale merchandise is always final sale. In-store purchases may be returned within 15 days for store credit or exchange, as long as items are unworn with tags attached. Gift cards and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Need help? We provide gift wrap year-round for online orders and in-store purchases at no extra charge.

 Shipping with Bella Vita is a breeze! We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $75 anywhere in the contiguous U.S.—no code required. If your order is under $75, ground shipping is just $8. Need it sooner? Select our expedited 3-4 day shipping for $15 at checkout. Please note, all orders ship from the Bay Area, typically within 1-2 business days. Currently, we don’t ship internationally or to PO Boxes, but you’re always welcome to pick up in-store at our Seattle or Oakland boutiques.

• Standard Shipping: We provide a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders within the continental United States.

• In-Store Pickup: If you're local, you can always select our free in-store pickup option at checkout and grab your order from our Little Rock store.
